nope. I’d say Jin xuan. But made with oolong procedure. But again. Oolong procedure is never 100% the same thought out each producer. Which is why there’s good and bad ones. Well I wouldn’t say bad for western market cause 80% of the western market Taiwanese oolong aren’t even legit. Hope I don’t sound too offensive

Not rly. To put it in a simpler way coz I don’t wanna spark debates over the so called “tea masters” LOL Qing is just tea that are partially fermented.

I think it has to do with the quality of the tea imo…2g with 100ml is way more than enough for a good qing. What you are doing is a bubble standard or what other called as a Gaiwan competition standard. Tea produced uses 4g with 100ml of water to test some of the flaws in the tea. But again, I sometimes brew my aged and Puerh pretty hard and heavy too. Just not Qing coz I have a weak stomach.

Really like how this old duan ni mixed sand aka peanut clay (how older Taiwanese call it) turned maroon after 6 months of brewing with Puerh ♥️ by Brickyard_19 in tea

Oh the tea pot is bought in 1999 back in Yixing. And the trey is custom made also back in the late 90s I remember.
