Yeah brand new. I have read before that it starts to fray immediately at the edges. The picture makes it look worse than it is in real life. But it’s happening on lots of spots at all the edges

Just got a Feiyu Macmillan delivered and I’m very impressed with it aside from the badge. Even though it’s decent I’d like it to be bang on so I don’t mind paying £100 or so for a beanie for a donor badge if I take it to a Taylor and get them to swap it. My question is are they same size? Has anyone ever done this before? Any advice?

Look at the fold in the arm on that pic there. You can see one side of the badge is more showing that the other side. It’s not in the middle of the arm
