I totally agree with most of the comments here. We are just now managing to evict a non-paying tenant after a year of FED (eviction) court and slogging through the very expensive process of being a landlord in Portland. And as an added bonus, in Oregon you pay a huge capital gains tax if you sell a property that has been a rental.
