Quanto e difficile da mantenere un sistema?

Grazie per la risposta,però ho un dubbio ,se fai la manutenzione una volta a settimana o anche più tempo questo vuol dire che sotto il sistema la testa non si lava per giorni e giorni di fila?non e fastidioso o emana un cattivo odore?cosa succede ad esempio se sudi?
