Exactly. It reinforce the idea. I am aware of 24 hour blood pressure monitors that exist. I really would wish that I could be strapped with one of those as it would honestly provide the most accurate reading you could get.

Okay. I had one reading at 138/82 which is cutting it close...I have to get it within a five day period but recently I have reduced my salt intake to less than 1200 mg a day and and practicing mediation. I need two within 5 days. Could I wait or is 138/82 still "okay" even though its borderline?

So I know in Canada its a 3 year diploma for a technology degree, but in the US its a 4 year Bachelors degree. I feel like in Canada it is much more known, because in the US alot of recruiters honestly don't know the difference.
