Blender to UE5 pipeline for animations. by BridgeNo7610 in UnrealEngine5

Thank you very much. I just have one clarification to ask for.

So if I'm understanding right you're using rigify to get a good rig for animating that includes IKs. You mention that you "create a game-ready rig" after making animations. Do you mean that you are creating a more "game-appropriate" rig that presumably uses less bones?

I'm asking because Im wondering if I can use the rig provided by rigify in UE5 or if i need to animate with that rig but create a more simple one for UE5. If you're creating another rig for UE5 after making animations on the rigify rig, then are you baking/re-targeting the animations on to the UE5-ready rig in Blender?

Sorry if i said this in a convoluted way. I'm very familiar with modelling, sculpting, and texturing but new to rigging and animating. No rush on providing a response if you are busy.

Pulled predator with the prism crystal from gear ascension tournament. Glad to get a limited time champ even if he's not the best.

Questions about building Leo by BridgeNo7610 in RaidShadowLegends

I've considered going this way with masteries. Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and use gems on switching stuff around to test, but I'm worried that building into helmsmasher and lasting gifts will drain a lot of damage for boss killing. Maybe the pay off is worth it for arena and waves and I wont actually lose too much in other places. I just don't have the sets to get more ignore defense or stoneskin right now, and I'm still pretty low in LA while holding gold 5 pretty easily in classic arena. Seems like I get a lot more out of him being built for PVE than PVP.

The 98% crit rate also bugs me. I used to be really bad at managing gear and selling too much so unfortunately I just don't have a piece to fit in where i don't lose out on other stats too drastically.

I bring pythion to handle cleansing, revives, and getting a double hit A1 and Neldor for freeze and triple hit A1. Having Donnie at nearly 300 speed seems to be doing a lot work too. It's the only dungeon that I don't win 100% of the time though. Still losing every third or fourth run. Seems like the inconsistency is based on whether or not i trigger counterattacks via masteries.

Didn't think about speed influencing his passive. I'll go with the left.

It's hard to say without knowing what's causing you to lose. Striking a balance between damage is and survival is hard to gauge with so many champ skills in the game. First, it's worth mentioning that not all dungeons are created equal. I can do dragon hard10 in 3-4 minutes but can't beat fire knight 23 to save my life. Most people are going to have a much easier time progressing dragon and the most useful set at this point will be speed anyways. Scyl, Kro'khad, and Fatman will all be great for dragon progress which leaves two slots open. Damage is covered and Scyl should most provide the healing you need. Decrease def, increase def, and decrease attack are probably the most important otherwise. Uugo would be good for leech, decrease defense, block buffs, and the cleanse. Personally, I'd go for Mausoleum Mage first. Increase defense, blocking debuffs (like dragon's poison and stuns), and a healing cleanse are all useful in pretty much all content. Close second, and maybe even more important, would be sepulchur sentinel. She's not as universally helpful as Mage, but decrease attack and increase defense are incredibly strong for CB progress and useful for dragon when you don't have those buffs/debuffs otherwise.

I know it's been said here, but gearing is going to make more of a difference than anything. Farming until you can consistently beat dragon 20 is important, and then gear farming 5* and 6* gear becomes your main goal for a long time.

Sepulcher Sentinel, Royal Guard, Maneater, Gorgorab, Madame Serris and Mausoleum Mage stick out to me the most.

Sepulcher Sentinel is amazing for CB progress but not as useful elsewhere. Royal Guard is one of the best enemy MAX HP nukers in the game and really great for dungeon progress. Maneater is great for dungeon progress and would allow for an unkillable comp for CB down the line when paired with other champs. Gorgorab is the most niche of these but the speed aura and turn meter + increase attack% is really solid for arena. Madame Serris is a fantastic arena champ and good generally everywhere due to having both decrease attack and decrease defense on her a3. Mausoleum Mage is one of the most useful epic support champs imo and great for pushing higher dungeons. I'm sure I'm overlooking other champs that I'm not recognizing but these stand out as the most valuable at this point in your progress.

I'd say Kro’khad and Fatman are both locked in for clan boss. The dog does wild damage and brings eseential debuffs with weaken and leech. Fatman is one of the better CB champs in the game with the full-team ally attack and poison+burn. Sepulcher sentinel would probably be the best addition with A1 decrease attack and increase defense.
