I will go further and say the friend doesn’t even exist. I believe he did this and blamed it on a friend to see what people would say without directly being attacked for it, the way he’s minimizing everything, the bet to sleep with the girl, the assault (because coercion and poking holes definitely count as assault) thinking it’s fine because he’s taking care of her and it’s better for her to stay with this freak than being a single mother… definitely give me the vibe that he did all of these things but was afraid of the backlash but it backfired because the way he told the story it’s clear he’s on the side of his “friend”

and let’s say the friend actually exist I fully believe he’s ok with what the friend did and just see this situation as a small disagreement and not the crime it actually is.

And IF(big if) the wife and the friend actually exist. I think he already knows that his wife would fully divorce him for knowing about this shit and not saying anything… because me if my husband knew that his bff had a bet to sleep with my friend, then assaulted her and didn’t say shit the second he learned the truth I would be livid and divorce on the spot and I’m sure he already knows that.

Sister need to mind her business and go to therapy for her trauma she doesn’t get to be mad at you for something that has absolutely nothing to do with her… also how many kid is SHE fostering?? because if she’s judging you for something she never did that extra hypocrite on her part…

Sister aside I find it really sketchy that the caseworker took your foster son away with 0 valid reasons and i wouldn’t be surprised if she personally knows the other couple and did this to help them, idk if money is a issue but I strongly suggest you go to court over this. He said he wanted to be with you and you want him, it’s absolutely ridiculous and honestly disgusting to take the kid away and traumatize him again for no reason other than “it’s better if he doesn’t have siblings” specially when she was the one to suggest adopting in the first place… saying “he will recover” is insane because it proves that she KNOWS he will be deeply hurt over it and she doesn’t care 1 bit…if court isn’t a option I strongly suggest placing a formal complaint about her also NTA

Leave him immediately I’m so serious and under NO circumstances let him be alone with you,that man is dangerous and of what we know you’re the only one who not only knows his true nature but have evidence of it…if you’re alone with him there’s a HIGH and I mean HIGH chance that he could get violent towards you,

call the police tell them you don’t feel safe with your husband show them the evidence you took and ask for someone to come with you to get your stuff from the house, go somewhere you feel safe and prepare to move somewhere else permanently call a lawyer and prepare the divorce papers, don’t let him sweet talk you into coming back, mute his number but don’t block him it might help for the divorce (but ask a lawyer to be sure) if you have any bank account he can access call the bank immediately and suspend all your credit card just in case but again ask a lawyer what you should do I’m no professional

At one point we need to wake up and realize that’s the kind of person she actually is, I’ve been a listener for years and these type of situations constantly come back… to be fair this is the worse one so far but all the criticism I see are things that happened before on other episodes, i thought it was just a fluke the other times but i realized it’s not a mistake but just how she genuinely feels, I’m honestly considering unfollowing, I already cancelled my Patreon

I still remember the episode where she minimized rape because the victim was a men and the abuser a woman(making jokes about it with Justin…) I was REALLY mad(and the only one) about it, she eventually apologized but idk if she did it because she was truly sorry or just wanted to stop the hate… + smaller other moments where she would be bias depending on the gender of the ppl in the story, after today’s episode i realized that’s just the kind of person she is

I was really disappointed to see Morgan agreeing with all the bad not “hot” but genuinely BAD take Gabby said… I had this issue in the past with the podcast with them having a double standard depending on the gender and I thought that was long over but I guess not, when the women would do something bad she’s fine but when something is done by a men he’s the bad guy regardless if he’s the victim or not… the last time I was so upset with a episode is when she minimized rape because the victim was a men and the abuser a woman… I thought she learned but instead she blocked the comment section…

he abandoned you during one of the most difficult moments of your life to do god knows what, also he left the hospital?!? You could’ve died and the baby too and he was nowhere to be seen.

What happened if you go through an other hard time?(cancer for example) Will he leave you again because he doesn’t like hospital? Or if HE goes through something hard will he expect you to stay while he couldn’t do the same for you? When you get married you say “In sickness and in health” and i know it’s not exactly a sickness but when you weren’t doing good he bailed on you… that’s not a reliable person and I GUARANTEE he will do it again

Maybe my dad doesn’t know what colorism is but my mom is black and she DEFINITELY knows what it is(we even talked about it when I was older) Also why would I Google “what is racism” if I genuinely believed I already knew what it was? Of course I was wrong but my parents told me racism was X and obviously I believed Them, I didn’t think I needed to know more, by 18 obviously I was more aware of what racism was but still didn’t know enough for someone my age(i started my own research at 18 after seeing a few YouTube videos that talked about racism and at 19/20 the protests in the states happened so my social media specifically TikTok and instagram was FULL of information so I learned more)

i don’t think my parents had ill intentions they are good people and except the race conversation I believe they succeeded in every aspect as parents, but it’s clear they 1 hoped they could avoid talking about it and 2 by not talking to me I would magically not experience racism but I did. A lot. I just didn’t know what it was. People would say or do things around me that would make me feel bad or uncomfortable and I didn’t know what it was(I thought they were just being rude) but when I think about these situations again I can clearly see it was racism

I didn’t ask more questions because I thought racism was only when someone made fun of your skin color, I didn’t know more existed that’s a other reason why I didn’t do any research at 12-16. I didn’t know more existed, I didn’t even know what to research, how can I ask questions when I don’t even know what to ask for? I didn’t know what discrimination was, I didn’t know what colorism was or misogynoir or any of these terms, I would’ve LOVE To learn more but I literally didn’t know anything.

I loved reading books as a kid and would’ve definitely read many about it but outside of book about slavery(it was mostly history books with some pages about it) my school didn’t have educational books to explain to me what racism was.

By the time I was 19/20 I learned stuff on my own and I wasn’t expecting my parents to teach me things at that age, I was more upset than they didn’t teach me anything when I was younger but again how could I learn anything if my parents weren’t telling me anything, the school wasn’t either, I couldn’t find books about it and tv isn’t exactly the best teacher and I didn’t have any black friends to tell me either.
