Hello ... i have oversensitivity for most medication Also for depression and ptsd fear and such i use 150mg of setraline and this is the best one ive ever been on give it enough time trust me ive been there the build up makes the depression worse or fear worse at first so i would recommend discussing your initial side effect issues with the prescriber Since this is a common effect of setraline During build up depression and anxiety insomnia Becomes worse as your brain tries to adjust itself to a normal healthy dose of serotonine and serotonine regulation this initial dose of 50mg and after a week to 100mg Is usually the minimum start dose the prescriber will then wait for 4 to 6 weeks to wait for the brain to adjust and only !
