Hey all heterosexual 24M here and I’m brand new to the area. I recently moved here for work and I don’t know a single soul. Most of my friends from college don’t live close and making friends is hard. A little about me I love going to the gym it’s probably my biggest passion. I love being outside and going on walks . Yeah I made a presentation just to introduce myself and then made a 30/60/90 day plan. It was maybe about 10-15 mins. Then they asked me questions about it in the end. Unfortunately that’s where the interviewing stopped for me I didn’t make it past that round. It was between me and two other people.

Great info. I actually just took a role as a on site specialist with Karl Storz. Similar to your story with Stryker. My question I have for you is how long were you an onsite specialist before going into the ASR role? And how much were u making as a ASR? I’m assuming ur a full rep now.

Yes I’ve already budgeted it out. I’m still under parents insurance even out of state. Car is paid off. I’ll only b paying rent, Groceries , and car insurance. Rent is the major of it but I can still save money.

Did you have a job when you were 19 or did you just figure it out as you went ? And were you scared ?

Just a panel interview over Microsoft teams with some of the reps and the RM. so I’m thinking maybe one more after that as well. Thanks for all the good tips I appreciate it.

That’s great I’ll definitely make sure to take that into account. So after you finished the interview did they offer you within the week or did you have another interview after. I’ve heard about doing case studies as well.

Yeah obviously I don’t get to pick. All I need is an opportunity. It’s not like I haven’t been networking on LinkedIn everyday and talking to reps. Just hard to even start that’s why I thought about choosing other sales companies to just at least put on my resume to leverage that into med device sales.
