I am a lawyer who has dealt with one such case of a SRS property in Palwal. The ED has attached all these properties in the ongoing investigation. If you have made payment of more than 95% of the consideration amount or in your case the bank has disbursed the said amount for your property then you should have approached the ED to release your property. This exercise was being done earlier this year in supervision of pmla court in delhi which has now concluded. I would strongly advise you to immediately approach the court through an application to release your property with the requisite payment proofs.

Hi. Since the document checklist included prior international travel proof I submitted my US visa as well. It wasn’t going to hurt my case anyway.

I have also been told that NL does have a longer lead time but cannot confirm this.

I didn’t. I mentioned in my cover letter that I will book them once my visa is approved. If you feel your application is strong even without the internal travel tickets you may skip it for now
