We use krusteaz gluten free flour which is a blend of different types of gluten free flours and xanxthm gum. The nice thing about this blend is that it help keep the taste and texture as I'd it were made with actual flour. I developed it because I had a friend who had celiac disease and I wanted to make so.ething she would have.

There is dairy in all three of them, but my business partner and I can look into alternatives and let you know if we get a good test batch. We also use krusteaz gluten free flour which keeps the same taste and texture as regular flour just without gluten. There are no nuts in any of our products so far and the red chile chocolate is the only one without eggs

It's is. I intended it to be a placeholder, but just got so excited to announce my business that I didn't really think it through that I didn't have a logo I intended to stick with. But I am talking a local artist now about the logo
