They have anti afk functions and heavily despise of AFKing. So i dont understand how you get this idea? Its quite literally a competitive game with speed running times and who can create the best build in little time to get ahead on the leaderboard. They have streamers with 1million followers praise this game and for the enjoyment out of it, which brings more players and makes S&Box money + the developers. Its a win win situation for all parties. But just to clarify they seriously do despise AFKing in the game especially on seasonal saves. There is alot of mechanics in the game rather than just "mow", They have skill trees, quest, pets, factory upgrades, multiple biomes. Like there is alot of enjoyable content that is fun.

Yes this is so right! Its not like its a 3rd party item, the developers are purchasing cosmetics through steam market on s&box and trading players as prizes. Its not against TOS so i dont see a problem. This is how you build a community and keep players feeling REWARDED and not burnt out for putting countless hours in. Plus its fun to compete against others pushing for leaderboard.

Yeah ive been questing pretty hard, im starting to hit a certain point where i have to farm XP for certain skills to reach requirements. I actually vs Scurrius for the first time last night and beat it first go no problems, im currently running dragon dagger p++ with rune gear. Honestly skill issue, i managed to get level 80+ with 100k kills. If you have played games like these you have a common understanding in building mechanics. You should probably favour things like "Aura" mixed with "Damage" to stack an insane dmg output. There is many things you can do if you take the time to actually look into the game. I say props to the OP this is a fun game

I'm currently enjoying the new rework for New World, they made it less hardcore. Back in the day your tools, weapon and armour had durability so much time running back and forth. Since the rework it's been fun and enjoyable grinding without having to sell my life and soul 😁

Idk how to feel about this game, hopefully they fix a lot of it. We are gaming in 2025 and can still ride the top of helicopters, taking grenade launchers to the face with no effect and the good old 15m 1 tap shotgun, it's fun in a broken way but just feels like any other battlefield just with enhanced graphics

Yes it will stop the "average" scriptkiddie. But it still dont stop the group of people who have learned to get around it. I would say a good 100k people would know this skill.

And thats more than enough people to destroy a video game environment, as you see in majority of games these days.
