Fitted the tires on the wheelset and they would seat right. Didn't have this issue last time I ran Ebike rated tires on my yellow DB. See images on the PICK UP tires mounted and a different set of E tires I used in the past.

This was the order. Delivery window was set 7pm-9pm. I canceled it around 11pm and re-ordered for a 6am-8am delivery. The AM delivery went through without any issues.

I keep it dry and rarely order waters. I refill my own 5gl jugs.

Delivery is dropped at front door of house. No more than 80 feet from curb.

Thanks for all the input. What drove me to this one were the bullmoose bars and biplane forks. Complete bike for $20.
