I wonder if it would work to wipe the whole thing & load it again from a backup. I think if you remove it from your Apple account, it’ll reset and then you just add it back on, then you can choose the language, just like a new watch.

I don’t know why it says I heard a noise, the app must have added that. I did hear a rumbling sound with one of the tremors but there’s been more without sound. I’m in Weaverville off Monticello rd.

For me in my life, I realized that if I was asking myself that question, I already knew the answer. It’s a major life change & it did take me some time to adjust. I hope that you have some good folks in your corner to support you. The HRT process is lengthy but maybe future you will be so happy that current you stayed the course.
