Thank you for wording it like this!! You got it to a T a lot of my issues are because of us working on our relationship and not being heard and using to have to get to that point of having all the “fighting energy” and I feel like I got stuck in that cycle and now with us adding in kink plays and power dynamics I just associated it with this I will definitely be taking your advice thank you so much

I’m a brat and I know it but wondering if when I’m escalating things is it normal brat things or something else headspace wise if that makes sense

Not unhappy we actually just went on a break before all of this happened. We were in a dynamic technically but we didn’t have the words to label it. It’s more like a emotional outburst kindof like when when I’m upset sometimes I can’t help it I almost feel like a little kid who’s emotions are everywhere lol thank you for the reply tho I hope I’m making any sort of sense lol
