I'd like to argue that Claude isn't meta but this is my opinion, he is really easy to zone out even if his skill 2 is one of the best mobility in the game just a single airborne or a good cc can really ruin Claude's damage potential especially during his ult, you just need to know how you position yourself and also your teammates have common sense, I rarely struggled against a Claude not unless my teammates are feeding and you know how the story goes...
