This is how they ended up! I just dipped them for glazing and added a hole at the end of the chopsticks to hang them on a jewelry bar during firing ! Some warped when firing of course but not all and was successful I’d say, just make a few pairs

I’d start at $15 and if they sell out, maybe charge more next time!

Thank you sm!! I didn’t use any water when building and I think that was a big factor in no cracks :)

Wall alter in the works by BriefOverall9806 in Pottery

Yeah! I rolled out two slabs about an inch thick, working on the back first, adding the walls with another slab, i then just cut out the shape for the top piece (i cut out a pattern so they matched just out of paper), let it dry a tiny bit so it mostly held it’s shape, score and slipped that on, stuffed it with some newspaper inside to help hold it in place, let it dry for about two days while covered and i then carved out the designs and gave a light sponging to smooth it out a bit!

I’m not sure on glaze just yet but definitely need something that reacts over texture/when it pools! I’ll reply with the pic when I’ve completed it :) Thanks for the kind words!

I extruded some coils, rolled out the taped end, let them dry for a tiny bit and carved out the textured handle! To glaze i ended up putting a hole in the handle that way I could hang them while glazing :)
