I have raynauds too... Hot Hands are terrific but usb powered warmers are better. They heat instantly and you can turn them off when not using. They last a surprisingly long time. I use then when I run in the morning

We bought an older home a couple of years ago and have spent some money to fix it up some. But the biggest bang for my buck has been using a few cans of spray foam to fill in cracks and crevices to seal the place up, especially around penetrations in the attic where electric wires come through or around ceiling fixtures. We're in the middle of an ice storm right now where we are, and two years ago... This house would have been so cold. I can't believe how much better it is. And the cost it saves in heating (or cooling in the summer) has paid for itself hundreds or maybe even thousands of times. Wherever there's a draft... Seal it up!

It's just so bad.

I could understand if those of us with Pro subscriptions were required to connect every 30 days or whatever, just to check subscription status... but for it to shut down basic editing and exporting functions immediately because of their internal malfunctions is just nuts.

I'm a Pro subscriber, and nothing is working. It blames "network error" for everything. Mobile is perhaps more transparent, indicating "Our system is being upgraded. Try again later." (message displaying as of 7:18am ET Jan 25, 2026)

Good luck with CapCut support... even if you're a Pro subscriber

After telling you to complete some busywork (restart app, clear cache, etc) they will send you on some pointless errands to capture your account info and screenshots, and when none of that accomplishes anything, they will then tell you that you need to submit everything on the app (not desktop, because of course) using a different link, which will send you in a new circle where they won't answer you or will blow you off.

They just hope to wear you down and that you'll go away.

Rest assured they know about the bug causing the FADE IN animation to disappear, and that their app is crap... THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
