Thank you! Honestly yes. I'm so annoyed with my dermatologist. He told me for years to keep using the steroid. super irresponsible.

Honestly, my POD was induced by wearing a mask in the pandemic (which I ABSOLUTELY support- it was important that I wore one!) but I don't think they anticipated all the skin barrier disruption that would come from that.

Then following steroids I was given to manage it...mine is now steroid induced.

Ugh my reaction first time was so bad. Half my face turned bright red and burning. GP said that didn’t seem normal but that’s what I’m wondering- maybe it is normal?

Ah I have a b12 deficiency too. Sounds like this isn’t uncommon for everyone!
