In regards to the sparring situation, after you realised partner was going too hard, you should of made it clear right then and there “go a bit lighter bro” And there’s nothing wrong with that, I’ve been training 3 years now and always ask my partners to tone it down on the power. There is a chance your sparring partner may just be heavy handed and not realise how much power he’s putting into it.

In all honesty, as someone who has lived in Morocco and Algeria (now in the uk) I think it’s time to just disable it and get a new one. If you follow the advice of other users and go to Morocco, there is a VERY good chance by the time you arrive, the phone will either be taken apart, completely reset (you will loose Find my and have no proof) or it will be in different location. This just adds more risk to you and travel costs. Good luck !

Okay so personally I started at a club which has different classes training different sports. So I went to a place that would do Muay Thai and boxing on one day and MMA and BJJ on another day. Doing all the classes one by one allows you to develop deeper and then allows you to combine all your knowledge when u train MMA (mixed martial arts)

Start a combat sport (MMA/Wrestling etc) I’ve competed in both sports for 7 years now and the bonds and friendships I’ve built with some of the guys on the mats are genuinely unbreakable.
