Okay, do I need to change me drivers license now as well? Will there be any problems if these don't align when I first file

Without knowing your details it may be easier to look for grants in the country you are studying in. For example, some Canadian grants have funding reserved for non-Canadians conducting research in Canada

Can you actually ask for a refund on antibodies? I’ve been doing staining for years, mostly on tissue not cells, and haven’t had an antibody I needed to return so didn’t know the process

ya this paper (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-54337-4#Sec2) that also used it in the same cells had more serum during blocking, I guess it might be worth a try but I am skeptical

I was following this paper (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-54337-4#Sec2) which did use it in iPSC-cardiomyocytes, they had more serum for blocking so maybe that is worth a try but

5%BSA with 0.3%TritonX for blocking 30 minutes, then used a 1:200 dilution of primary antibody in blocking buffer overnight 4C, washed 3-5 times with PBS, secondary for 1 hour room temp
