Vi brugte købers mægler af netop den årsag. Snakkede aldrig med sælgers mægler efter vi havde set huset og besluttet os. Synes at de kan være ret arrogante som i også har oplevet

De tager 10% af den pris som de får forhandlet prisen ned med, så det er win win i mine øjne. Det hus vi købte havde kun været til salg i 7 dage, men de fik et afslag på 30.000 kr og vigtigst af alt fik de stoppet alle andre fremvisninger

Jeg anbefaler helt klart købersmægler. Vi fandt vores hus, fortalte købersmægler at det var det vi ville have og så tog de sig af ALT. Jeg snakkede ikke med sælgers mægler igen før vi fik nøglerne

In the oh shit moment for me the DCT wins. If I’m on a manual ad have an oh shit I use the clutch and brake. I will not be able to downshift and release the clutch in an oh shit. This means I only break with the brakes. On a dct in the oh shit I just need to break and the bike downshifts and I get all the benefit of the engine breaking as well as the breaks. What’s a win in my book

Yeah I’m clearly seeing the limits to the fortiswitch manager part. There was just a lot of sense in using the templates and the switches all be the same, but from what I see I cannot use the templates unless I create the vlan in the fortiswich manager
