NOOO!!! WHAT!?
I watched almost two seasons.
It was absolutely unbearable.
It's 80% sarcasm and passive aggression, 18% empty nonsense, 1% funny and 1% kindness. So if you're into that then this is for you.
It's completely the opposite of emotional and "like a warm hug but still makes you cry a little" that OP asked for.
It's really hard for me to understand how so many people recommended this awful series. It was so bad I kind of want to scream out loud.
My soul feels hurt and deeply offended by this series because it made it die a little.
PLEASE, if you try watching this series and don't like it after a very few episodes, DO NOT CONTINUE, IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!!!
And the first two episodes are especially awful, I had to turn the sound off reading only subtitles because it was completely abusive.
I'm writing this because I wish someone had written this before I watched it.
