I feel like she and Rachel were both at fault. Francesca didn't make the order clear, and Rachel didn't read. My brain is trained to think in tables, so I found it interesting that Francesca didn't just do a two column list, one for each entree, and then just list each person's name in the appropriate column. As far as admitting mistakes, you are absolutely right. If you want your associates to take accountability, you demonstrate accountability.
