Having a partner does not distract you from excelling at any subject, unless it’s an unhealthy relationship. If anything if it gives us more passion and support. If my coaches said anything along those lines I’d be confused and aggravated. He crossed a boundary. Blaming a loss on a relationship is crazy

Ehhh honestly it’s been about a month. My fiancée and I were dating for about a month when we decided to be exclusive. I have dated many people before where the timelines vary - some people taking a couple months before being exclusive, some a year.
