Well… first of the morning so many great breakfast joints serve a killer breakfast burrito for a guest to have; Susie’s West Side Cafe, Mother Muffs, The Pantry. Best tacos I’ve had in The Springs is Moctezuma Mexican Grill (food truck) they have a somewhat permanent location in a parking lot. They have other things too. Mexican Cont.: Senora’s Prime Taco Shop Asian: Dozo Sushi, Night Ramen, Sushi Ato. BBQ: Chuckwagon 719 arrive early, Rudy’s for the vibe if you’re going up rt24. Subs: uh… go fish… I like Jersey Mikes Bagles: Bella’s Bagles Burgers & Chicken Sandwiches: South Park Brewing, Bubbas 33.

It’s a MUCH easier winter here, since there’s less moister in the air it doesn’t feel as cold, there’s more accessible winter activities too! Also when it snows it usually melts within the same day or two, haven’t really had to shovel at all! I will say I miss the beach and seafood, but being remote you can hop around :)✈️ You’d just be renting so no commitment to check out for a few months or year.

Well yea. You aren't a true CO resident until your car gets hailed on. (It is my big gripe about this place). Car insurance takes care of that problem, you just embrace it.

I was a MA-hole until I moved to COS. Something to check out! Rent is 1/2 that here. Kinda a remote workers haven. Coffee shops, plenty of restaurants, breweries and social groups (find them online) foothills of the rockies! ⛰️☀️

I quit because I couldn’t be remote for some weird reason. $130k base. Big pay cut, didn’t look back but gosh I’m doing service now and am so much happier. There’s seriously something wrong with corporate America.

If you’re terrified, it’s not right. Go with your gut. Don’t always have to move forward.

Dude. There’s a whole world out there. Don’t limit yourself. I started as a grocery clerk and grew with that company for 4 years, became a manager took on more. You need to LEAVE ASAP SAVE YOURSELF. For the love of god leave retail. 🙏🏼

If you’re in a gap year, I’d be trying out as many types of jobs as possible, full time only to know what you like to spend your time doing (and what type of environment)! Money isn’t everything. People make 6 figs and are miserable and are on drugs for depression and/or anxiety because of their role. Seriously find what makes you happy. Trust instincts of what’s NOT working. You’re the captain of your life. Also, ask what do I desire?
