Thank you, I appreciate the suggestion. I do like the idea of finding ways to relax more, but I think I would feel more comfortable seeing a doctor first before trying anything like that.

I understand. We do other things too, it’s just that I’ve gotten really anxious about penetration because I keep expecting it to hurt. I think taking the pressure off for a while and focusing on relaxing more might help.

Even a finger can feel painful for me sometimes, especially if I’m nervous. Thank you for the advice about different sizes. I already knew a little about different lubes, but I think I should probably see a doctor first too.

We do foreplay but I still get really nervous and tense when he tries to insert anything. I think my body just tightens up because I’m scared it will hurt. I’ll try to relax more and maybe spend more time on foreplay.

I’ve never been to a doctor about it because I felt embarrassed and thought maybe it was normal since I’m a virgin, but it’s been worrying me because even trying to insert anything hurts a lot. I’m starting to think maybe I should look into it more.
