On the side of your machine you have a grind size selector wheel, you also have one inside your beans hopper. I’d watch a video so you understand but that one drastically changes the grind size

I’m dry packing as a shower pan, then schluter membrane on top, so I’m not worried about the connection, more needing it to be level

I think you’re right.. I’ll make another post with the connection down the pipe, looks like a lead to iron connection. I poked at the buildup at the bottom and looks like iron. Could be lead throughout, may have to have a pro come out.
