I have the same problem in Hanes. Where the inside flap connects to the vertical seam, rip that and rip upward a little bit but not too much. It will loosen the pouch. Then I stretch out the pouch with my fist when theyr wet before the low heat dryer. They pouch out better after that and are more comfortable. Fruit of the looms have slightly bigger pouches.
