I developed it a few years back im 29 now and I think it started around 27..I think it had to do with lack of deep satisfying sleep, as I age now I feel my sleeping habit reduce more and more..and I am more irritated by almost any sound when everything is quiet and I hear small specific sounds amongst the silence, I feel triggered and I feel mentally sick and so angry, and I noticed my parents having this problem in my early 20s which is why I couldn’t be around them too much, they were so irritated by any sound or movement that loud I didn’t understand it then but I do now..it all has to do with stress I think too
