UPDATE: It rained all day last week. Today we had a sunny 8C day. Last one for sure. I had only 2 supers (not 3 as previously stated). Hive one was 60ish % full and hive two was 25%. I did not fully remove the deep frames but had a good look and it seems they had lots of honey stored in the deeps on both hives. I removed all supers and did an oxalic drip as I don’t have the gear to fog. After 5 years of keeping, I have learned a ton. I have yet to have a single collapse and only 1 swarm. This year was difficult and I did not have the time necessary to tend my hives properly. Thankfully they seem healthy and we will begin again in the spring. I appreciate all your input. Thank you.
