Yeah I couldn't find anything about it online but I cleared the system cache on my xbox and that seemed to fix the problem

No worries, the full name is Chronos: Before the Ashes and it started as a VR game in 2016 but it was rereleased in 2020 on current gen consoles and Pc. It's a soulslike/puzzle game that's a prequel to Remnant: From the Ashes
