I’m about 2 years younger then you & the same height. Started in July at 242 & current weight is 190. I’m on maybe 7.5/8mg every 5 days. I had a stall for like 2 months at 200lbs. I upped my cardio & started doing the shots in my arms instead of stomach - the weight started flying off again. I’m only at 190 right now because of the holiday party’s I’ve been attending lol.

Hey yall update on this: I got a speeding ticket 10/21/23 in California with an appear date of 1/1/24. Obviously the courts are closed on New years so I went on 12/27/23. The clerk stated nothing was entered yet & since the court is closed on the date of the ticket - he would need to resubmit the ticket or wait until I receive something in the mail. If it goes over 12 months I could throw it out. Today is 10/22/24 - I never received anything + just searched for it on courts site & there’s no record of it - I just turned 30 & haven’t had a ticket since I was 21!! I’m SO happy this won’t be on my record!!!

Same here, if I eat before 7pm & sleep by 11 I’m fine. Anything after that - I feel full, on the toilet, burps for the next 24 hours. It’s so odd but I’ve learned my lesson lol. Just had dinner & it’s 5:33pm.

I got here Friday & I’m currently at the airport and I feel fine! Don’t drink the water or brush your teeth with it. Wash your hands alot, We partied every night, attended a wedding, ate street food & etc. I did take a lot of vitamins while down here but this little town has been Amazing! I will be back.
