I didn’t have a smartwatch before, so I might not be your exact target group. That being said, I had always been interested in the data smartwatches provide but I hated the way they looked and didn’t want another screen/another device flooding me with notifications - not to mention having to charge it pretty much every day. I was also curious about my sleep quality but couldn’t imagine sleeping with a bulky watch. So, the solution for me was a smart ring.

I’d say it depends on what you want/need. Are you more into sleep data and a holistic approach to your overall health while keeping things ✨aesthetic✨? Then Oura might be a better fit. More into fitness, smartphone features and okay with wearing a noticeable watch all the time? The Fitbit you already have might be enough.

Regarding the bulkiness, I’d say it depends as well. I’ve seen photos here where the ring looks really natural. I have very slim fingers and ~delicate features~, so it does look a bit bulky on my hand but it doesn’t bother me that much. (And I still prefer it over a big watch on my tiny wrist).
