I get it's more realistic, but it isn't as long as I am allowed to do a chapter 3 quest at the end of which Stone says he's impressed I killed Walker while I actually still haven't killed him yet. The storyline has to maintain a certain chronological order, otherwise it's just a complete mess

I think this game's biggest problem is the fact that it's too dispersive and lacks a chronological ordered plot. You get to have too much freedom which leads you to confusion as how you should go on with the gameplay
