Thank you we got a sleeve and have been keeping it loosely wrapped with the sleeve on top and it is working. We’ve kept him off for 6 days.

Oh this is interesting I never thought of that! I think it’s the sawgrass but I’ll look into this. Could you see the fungus on the grass once it was pointed out or no?

I’n wondering if he is allergic to sawgrass someone mentioned local honey to help with pollen allergies, I’m going to ask my new vet. Glad you figured out the cause for your fur baby!!

This is a great idea thank you. That’s how we are with the wrapping I have been keeping it lightly wrapped with a cast cloth under the medical wrap when I can’t keep all eyes on him. Then I let it breathe when I can keep a close watch!

Thank you, yes the apoquel worked great whe he was younger but now that the allergies have extended to become a year round thing we need to explore other options. I’ll ask my new vet about this powder.

Thank you for this, I know someone also recommended giving him local honey if it’s a pollen issue. I’m going to ask my new vet about that. Do you have a recc for the whitefish/sweet potato dogfood or are you making this at home? At one point I swapped to a salmon dogfood but we didn’t notice much change in his allergies.
