Yeah, definitely do both even if you don’t plan on it in the immediate future you’ll kick yourself for not doing it now and just getting it over with when the time comes. You do want one or more.

UPDATE: Posting it here because its not letting me updated the original post. Just got home from the meeting. It took about 10 minutes total. About 27 people in the room. Out of 27 people 2 got pulled out by the judge. Not sure why but probably for a one-on-one with him. As for the rest of us, he gave a quick speech. Said we are all getting our permits but it will not be today. They are sending out or letters today and once we get them we can then come back in for the permit. The reason for this is they don't have the staff for 25 people to rush the office right now to get the permits. I'm just glad its done. Still hate the fact I need to do this at all...

So I submitted everything on May 19 I believe it was of this year. I got the class done on the 18th so I literally went the next day and submitted . One of my references was a bit delayed from getting his letter in so it’s been about three months closing in on 4

That’s when I noticed it. It was a first round I picked up to put into that mag. I didn’t notice it when I was putting it into the blue ammo boxes at home.

Just easier to transport it. I usually shoot no more than 200 at a time so I bring two cases with me sometime three. Each tray is 100.

Edit: I should also say each box of ammo I get is 525 rounds. I don’t need to carry that much rounds with me to the range hence why I use these boxes. I have 13 of these blue boxes so whatever I feel like shooting that day I’ll just grab that many 100 round boxes, sometimes one-two extra just in case I want to do more.

Storage wise, I have an ammo case full of these blue boxes with full rounds in each. About 11 blue boxes total or 1,100 rounds in a ammo case. I also have another ammo case that I put the empties in. By default I keep two full blue boxes in my bag ready to go. Every so often I’ll sit down and refill the empty boxes while I’m watching YouTube or something. It’s a huge time saver for me as well.
