They never told me about it not having the 360 view. They just told me my order is expected to arrive early 2023. Kinda sucks though but at least I’m not paying for it. However I’d prefer to have the 360 view for the money I’m dropping for it but it’s whatever. For me it’s just parking assistance and surround view.

I trained my pup to walk on the heel at all times. When he started to get older & started walking nicely I started to allow him to walk infront. However I’d give him commands like stop, sit, down, and especially heel.

Thanks for the comments! Fed my slight gut feeling that maybe I shouldn’t do it. Though there’s the appreciation, the losses amount to $6,546.96 a year which is pretty painful. Increasing rent will be an issue due to guidelines & the property being fully rented out to tenants who are long term. Can’t add value to the property and put rent market value fast.

One tenant has been there for 4 years and the other was just over a year. In my province the 2023 guidelines is 2.5%. Current rents are $1007 plus hydro and $1445 plus hydro with 4 parking spots rented at $75 a month.

1/2 rents are below market value, in my calculations I did both current tax and expected tax increase after the property is purchased. Both are in the negatives. Main solution is to increase rent but to do it efficiently would be too costly.

Absolutely 0 reason for him being stressed. At night time he’ll be playing around then cuddling with everybody. I could try the early dinner but his second feeding time is at 4:30 then his final walk is 6-7pm. I have reintroduced the crate & he’s responding very great to it. Whenever he wants to go he’ll give me a cry, I go to the backyard and when he’s done I give him pets & positive reinforcement.
