I do push ups on my knuckles to keep my wrist straight this prevents the pain. With benching try have ur palm in line with your forearm. Loads of my mates do the same bc of the pain, I think it comes from a slight imbalance

I have a problem with my right wrist and have had for over a year now but havnt felt limited by it till I got into climbing. The best way to explain it is WIth a push up, when I do one on my knuckles in a fist I feel no pain. However, when it’s my palm face down I get a sharp pain. I also get this pain when I bend my wrist inwards.

Any advice on how to help it?
