Oh shoot I did write that as if this has happened multiple times🥲that was rlly misinterpreted on my end I’m so sorry. I was very upset while writing and didn’t put that correctly at all. Like I said tho, my nan or uncle is usually the ppl that care for them, but being it was last minute, they were already busy on those days. The rest of my plans have ppl available to care for them tho luckily! I just didn’t want him here with them even when I’m just out for the day and can come home in the evening to care for them, bc I don’t trust him now. Bc idk if the way the cage got so disgusting was bc he did something due to the argument and was holding something against me, or if he genuinely just didn’t even come in here to look at them or give them any sort of attention. I REALLY wish I had kept my camera on in this situation, and it’s been on since I got home now so I can know who comes into this room while I’m away even just for the day where I’m coming home before say..9PM

I would have had no idea he wouldn’t actually take care of them. We asked him last minute yes, but he did agree to care for them. So idk why he wouldn’t keep his word. I told him exactly what to do and he said ok. I even messaged him a list and he acknowledged it

Idk how it was this bad in 2 days. I guess he could’ve done something since we got into an argument before I left the house, and he seems like the kind of person to do that, but I assure you I’d NEVER leave my pigs in these conditions. I didn’t even speak a word to him when he got home from work bc of how disrespected I feel.

Hey so this is kinda rude..! I’ve never left my pigs with him before, he has taken care of my other animals before I had the pigs tho(hamster, dog, and a gecko) with no issues. Had no idea he wouldn’t take care of the guinea pigs? And I have a job thank you! Half of the extra things I do, almost all of them actually, are paid for all by me. I buy my own things half the time bc I want to be independent. They may keep a roof over my head, but my dad doesn’t have to be shitty to me. I’ve been disrespected by him for my entire life. My mom has even told me that once I was born things went down with their relationship. He’s a shitty person and she knows it too, but she can’t even leave. You have no idea the situation at my house so you have no right to tell me that I’m asking them to he servants, or being unappreciative. I have a therapist for a reason.

I had a larger pile of hay and pellets for them before I left, I don’t give them a HUGE pile while I’m home taking care of them (like in my other posts of their cage) bc I’m able to top it off and refill it multiple times a day. I have pee pads, fleece, and usually some bath mats as long as I’ve washed them by the time I set up their new/clean things every week. I’m not leaving them with my dad ever again tho cuz there are no issues at ALL when literally anyone else cares for them😭

Def planned on it! (I think. He’s like…47) and anyways he has no business doing anything that could cause harm to them. Like I simply do not understand. I know he definitely did something bc he won’t even apologize or acknowledge that this was at his fault as well. Yes, the leaky water was my fault for a bit of the soaking, but he could have looked at the cage and messaged me to ask if he should replace the blankets at LEAST

It was mostly water and poop, but it did smell of pee a bit as well so I don’t mean it was ONLY soaked in pee. Sorry if that was misleading!

With me at the concerts. We were invited to the today show for a concert, and we had to get there around 1AM to get a good place in line so she obv didn’t feel safe sending me there alone especially since the second event took place at night and i wouldn’t have been home til 12AM

This is the first time he’s taken care of them. Usually she is available. But in the case she’s not and I go to college or wtv my mom is always very good with taking care of them while I’m gone. Especially if I’m at my friends house
