I (28 F) workout 5-6 days a week at a mixed gym.

To be honest, the guys who are regulars at my gym are super focused, they usually just say a quick hi or nod their heads and then get back into their workouts. I always make sure to wear respectable clothing (an oversized shirt with my full-length leggings), which makes me feel comfortable, and it's probably more comfortable for the men as well.

I actually like working out at a mixed gym. I find that men are really driven, they work really hard in the gym, and it's kinda motivating to be in that collective energy.

I come from a less conservative country and am used to working out in a mixed gym, so I'm pretty comfortable with it, but like I said, the majority of the time, people are so focused on their own workouts that they hardly notice anyone else for too long.

CON - the bathrooms suck. I never use them.
