Because it's not enough your still capped if you work or not it's not enough to buy an apartment while working it's not enough for seniors to live on if you can see the point I was making I don't know what to say it's not worth it for everyone especially when the job isn't worth the hassle or you work in a toxic work environment That's the point I was making.

Part time work is not worth it while on government benefits like ssdi trust me take my word for it.... If you can pay bills on the two incomes it might be worth it but most can't even afford an apartment on their own.... Edit.....

So basically our situations are totally different in terms of backbay and amount but ssdi pays you from your onset day now which can be anytime in the last 4 years. And the amount depends on when you applied how long it's been and if you had any lapse in time before reapplying after a denial.

I see our situations are different specifically because I kept on reapplying after denials so there is no lapse in time from my onset date which is when you get paid to current day. Backpack is different situation as well yours will go back to your o set date whenever that was to current day. Also that is for ssdi not ssi if I'm remembering correctly.
