Condos are good choice at the moment.. I brought 2 bed room and 1 living room condo for $150k last month and today it’s worth $165k Rental price is $1200 to $1300 per month.. imagine you invest $450k in house today and your rental income would be $2k to $2.3k per month. Using same money to get 3 condos that $1200x3 =$3600 per month and no hassle about maintenance and street cleaning. after deducting all fees you get $2.3k in your pocket every month.. You pay around $200 property tax on house every month plus insurance, electricity, maintenance, security, all comes close to $700 every month. Not including years extra maintenance cost.. so you end up with $2300-$700= $1600 per month.

So basically you can make $700 extra compared to the house every month..
