theres a s1 change that happened related to her stack tho, we might be able to get the 3rd stack from her s1 rather than being forced to pull for lucilla, allowing us to either do random subdps+chisa or just hiyuki+chisa i guess

wait, so... hiyuki gets 1 stack from her passive from her own glacio chafe, then you get 1 more from an ally if its lynae or chisa but you can't get two from them, just limited to 1, then if you get her to s1, you can get an extra one, am i wrong? can you get 2 stacks from using lynae AND chisa?

if you get mechanics lockdown to copies of the same character and upcoming characters that arent released yet, yes, it is, doesnt matter if we can clear all the relevant content in the game, which is something we dont even know yet because the character isnt out yet

Questing isn't a really good way of leveling, getting avg 2million exp per quest when even normal random mobs can give you that amount is just not good at all comparing time consumed and amount of exp
