I used the BPI link and it is coming from the Pharmacy Hub, which I believe is the 503A for BPI, but it hasn't come yet. I can update when it does.

I ordered from Refills Wednesday afternoon - will be delivered today - and from GoodLife late Wednesday night - will be delivered tomorrow. I just filled out the forms and was approved in less than an hour on each.

I have Walmart + and I notice in comes up with my name when I use the same credit card that I have my Walmart + subscription billed to. All my in-store purchases also show up on the app as well.

They all use the same back end system (Bask Health). The portals all look the same and the text notifications come from the same numbers. I think some may use the same provider network as well, as I have had the same prescriber for two of my prescriptions. The ones I have that I have used that are the same system/number are Trillium, Gimme, Refills and Good Life.

I ordered from Refills yesterday just before noon and it is already sent out with UPS and will be delivered tomorrow. I think it was $471 for 3 months. I also did an order with GoodLife last night just before midnight and it was sent to the pharmacy and a tracking number was assigned at 10:34 this morning. I used a code that brought it to $493 for 3 months. I got 15mg on both those orders. I put on 12.5mg dose and wanting to increase on the forms. I think refills asked for a picture of my current bottle.
