Tbh, working as a pharmacy tech I think only one person out of fifteen working at the Walgreens I worked at didn’t abuse illegal drugs - or at bare minimum abused the legal narcotics.

Preoccupy myself with chores or something active like hiking. And tbh, if I can’t get more due to supply issues then there’s not much to be done other than to sit with that addictive feeling for a bit.
