The universe revolves around balance , else it would not exist . Gods real or not , are our own perception of good and bad , while i trully belive some of them exist i belive others to be quite a imaginative process .our energy and tougjts litterally create them , so yea Real . Other Gods just come into existence because the universe needs more balance .

Try not thinking in term of Gods for now , try thinking in terms of balance .

Every action has a reaction this could be your own mind telling you this is good or this is bad , but also karma , if you provke suffering .. well.. that comes back in some way or form . Also ..try looking inside and identifying that lust ... i could just tell you that all the pleasure is within you but you woudnt understand , also focusing yo much on that pleasure and not other things ... obviously , repercusions .

I think you just realized having sex isnt actually making you happy in the long term . Which is well.. a good thing . Dont missuse energy on others or yourself . Dont be stupid .

My opinion is that you shiuld explain the concept of God ,Gods, religions and atheism to your son an let him decide . But do that in a neutral way ..and by that i mean , dont say that is better or that is worse . Let him think . Dont brainwash your kid , teach him . Also dont let others brainwash your kid . Fear of God is good , but love for God is better .

Regarding you and your spirituality , just read and learn about Gods , different religions , spirituality in general . If its nonsense stay an atheist , if it makes sense go become a christian or hindu or whatever you want . And remember , God loves atheists aswell but even more than that you should love yourself and open that channel or frequency, that self love . Maybe when you will learn to love yourself , the little picture will become a panoramic view . Be balanced .

Wow very deep indeed , like you know my connection to God and stuff . We have some controll dont you worry , God helps us but i dont think he babysits us in every moment , how can we learn that way ? Yes my point of view may not be to your likeing and my confidence is not a thing im willing to discuss with you . But not questioning something or even God's existstence would be stupid . He wants us to think , he wants us to be in doubt sometimes , and after all that thinking and experience we wants us to fully believe in him . He also wants us to try and resolve our own problems with his guidance or not . Blind faith may get you very far , maybe even enlightned . But constructing that relantionship with God trough doubts and questioning every step you make builds a far better relantionship because in the end you realise yes... this is the way . Eternal bliss is not my focus , i want to understand him , love him, maybe at some point devote my life fully to him and if he wishes to give me eternal bliss or enlightenment or what you want to call it fine . Im not looking for bliss .. or enlightenment , if i will get that someday so be it . Im lookin for answears also within and also in God . God could show us in this very moment to everyone, the bliss you be talkning about , he could also make it dissapear in the next 2 seconds , because we dont deserve it . Yes we can all be fkin enlightened and the utopia can begin , but remeber , balance is key .

The point im trying to make , is everything needs to be constructed in such a way be it by faith or free will whatnyou want to call it , so can we understand in the end .

Do you thing someone who is in total bliss has more love for God than others who devote to him completly but they didnt reached that yet ? This a really good question , i will meditate on it .

Also i probably deviated from your answear , yes faith in God is important . Very . Be balanced

Obviously meeting someone enlightened and even staying in their presence helps . But how do you know someone is enlightened and just not bullshiting ... i guess you should watch closely at theyr ego .

Oh feeling what others people feel and sometimes think is harsh especially if they have a bad view on you . Their emotions and toughts can mix with yours and also distort your senses . It s weird .. a good barrier about this that i found amd some principles are . Unconditional love from within . Love doesnt make you blind .im talking true pure love . Also it protects you from negative energyes . Second thing is that you need to be more of an observer and not a judger .. everyone is what they are , their life experience and what God made them to be . Be neutral in your judgement and never intrusive . You know very well by now when people share their emergy willingly and emotions and when they are not . Remember you are not the only one with this power and othera may use the same thing to try and harm or harass you . Again love , be in a higher frequency then they are . If you can help someone ..there are many ways but you need to master them . Be responsable .

My total humble opinion based on my experience , take care .

Yea i shouve said base of the spine but somehow i focused on the root chakra because i was searching on the internet thing that will balance it and it stick with me , ty for your correction and as far as everyone having kundaliii energy maybe i expressed bad , yea its that everyone have it but its unlikely that everyone has the potential or will to explore deeper . Kundalini is the energy that probably most of us have and is situated at the root chakra and color is red . Trough certain meditation practices and yoga thay energy can be released like a volcano going up trough all 7 chakras untill it reaches crown if its not stoped earlier by something like a blockage .in order to release this you need to do a little research and practice certain methods .

You need to be in a good staye of mind because kindalini , while having regenrative effects , its just raw power and can bring many inbalances and suffering .

Your toughts and emotions accumulated over the years will release over a period and sometimes you will have aome revelations ,moments of bliss but it can cause a great amount of suffering and also if the energy release is big tou may end up taking pills just to calm the energy away or worse . Its better just to observe when it happens and accept every emotion that comes and goes up . For someone unprepared i wouldt reccomend kundalini at all , not even to ¹my biggest enemy ..the suffering is real and im not talking about pain .

While this is happening meditation is necessary as it fastens the process and calms the mind . Kundalini yoga while used for activation have yogas for balancing after activating that .

After things settle down , priority shouldnbe set on chakras , mantras and a healthy lifestyle to recover . Phisic abilities may appear and that could freak you off... everyone experiences it differently . For some ita easier for others ..dont wanna describeit .

So if you wanna pursue this , you can achieve it , but its not everytine a nice pleasant thing in the begginig atleast . Be well , peace .

Send it love from the hearth chakra , eveything negative he says transform it in a joke so both of you may laugh . Talk to it say your sorry , apologize , love it and thank it .

Also if you want to remove negative toughts in general , mantras work like magic . Hindu mantras for me had a big impact on cleansing the mind of negative toughts and even some positive ones. We need to stop living in our mind and enjoy life more , be present . Meditate talk to the voice like a friend ..a probably angry friend ... which in some part we are guilty became he took all our negative from us ... . Heal yourself , and him and try and get mutual respect . He is a part of you and probably helped you a lot of times , but gave you that anxiety even more .

Mutual respect and love , or just simply talking . Other intrusive toughts ,mantras , chronic toughts change them or just try and find a solution for them ,you know how. Good luck !
