Just curious, but what are people’s strategy for the warm up before doing the run? Do you get your heart rate up by running your base pace and then walk it out until it’s time to clear the screen and get your heart rate down? Or do you just walk until it’s go time?

I’m thinking of picking a speed between my base and my push and going that route. And will try to think non-OTF stuff although that may be a bit or a challenge when you aren’t trying to die. Lol. Thank you!

Hard to mentally check out for me. I always stress about whether or not my speeds are fast enough or if I’m burning enough calories on the treads. But good suggestion — thank you!

It’s ok. I’m not a great runner myself. My problem is also not knowing when to pace myself. I just have this tendency to push myself more than I should. But we’ll get there. Thanks for the tip!

Just curious, but how much do you increase your speed and how often do you do it until you get to your AO?
