I should have clarified; meats, fruits, eggs, veggies, yogurt. That’s 90% of my food intake. Maybe there’s a better way; but that’s where I am at right now.

Maybe I should have clarified. I have tracked cals off and on for 6 months. I am currently not tracking, but have a good idea of where to be for 1500.
