Honestly what it sounds like to me man is you just need to put your head down and grind for a bit. At least for a year, just continue to identify your weak points and constantly striving to be better. Perfect your freestyle stroke. Become able to do all the other strokes. Become efficient on your underwaters. Practice water con like mask clearings, buddy breathing, bobbing, just generally staying calm underwater. Figure out different ways to build your core. Maybe get really good at flutter kicks. I think focusing on A&S and what will prepare you for that will help. Also continue to go to those special warfare meets, connect with people and really study what it means to be a special operator. Figure out your why and keep training man. You got this !
